User Conduct: You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the App. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  Uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing upon the rights of others.

  Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks.

Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the App are the property of Puzzle Pizza LA LLC or their respective owners. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the App without prior written permission from the rightful owner.

Limitation of Liability: Puzzle Pizza LA LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to errors, interruptions, viruses, or delays in operation. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California.

Modifications: Puzzle Pizza LA LLC reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to these Terms within the App or via other means. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the modified Terms.
